Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage

  end-to-end operations

  across 30+ outlets
• Conduct

  operational audits

  to ensure brand standards & compliance
• Handle all

  outlet queries & escalations

  with problem-solving mindset
• Manage & support

  franchise operations and relationships

• Drive

  process excellence, profitability, and customer experience

• Frequent

  Pan-India travel

  to monitor and guide outlet performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in

  Restaurant / Bar / Lounge chain management

• Strong expertise in

  food & liquor operations

• Proven experience in

  franchise management & audits

• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
