Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Location: Santacruz
Reports To: Head – Finance & Accounts
Team Size: 2+ Members

Key Responsibilities:

Vet and draft commercial agreements including MSA, SOW, L&L, NDA, MOU, SOP, and other contracts.
Manage vendor and customer KYC processes.
Ensure compliance with AML, DPA, and GDPR regulations.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain Legal MIS and compliance dashboards.
Oversee implementation of legal compliance systems.
Lead and mentor a small team of legal associates.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
3–5 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
