Corporate Interior Fitout Professional Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Interior Fitout Professional to lead and manage comprehensive interior fit-out projects. This role demands a holistic understanding of the project lifecycle, from design conceptualization through construction and handover, ensuring alignment with client expectations, quality, and budget. What this job involves: Project Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and adherence to scope and budget. Integrate disciplines like Civil, Interior, and MEPF. Design Management & Coordination: Lead all design activities (Civil, Interior, MEPF), understanding client requirements, developing design management procedures, and coordinating with design teams to prevent gaps. Drive value engineering. Construction Oversight & Execution: Provide comprehensive oversight for on-site construction (Civil, Interior, MEPF). Ensure adherence to plans, quality, and safety. Manage site engineering, progress monitoring, and issue resolution. Planning & Documentation: Develop and manage project plans, master schedules, and comprehensive documentation for all project phases. Procurement & Commercial Management: Oversee procurement, manage commercial negotiations with vendors/contractors, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance. Quality & Safety Assurance: Implement and promote stringent quality control systems. Ensure rigorous adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting audits and promoting a No Safety No Work culture. Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary liaison between clients, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Effectively communicate progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams (design, construction, site engineers), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Comprehensive Project Experience: Proven experience in managing and delivering corporate interior fit-out projects, understanding both design and construction. Technical Acumen: Sound technical knowledge across Civil, Interior, MEPF, and building systems. Project Management Skills: Strong abilities in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail. Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams. Commercial & Procurement Understanding: Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and commercial negotiations. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant project management tools, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), and MS Office. Safety Orientation: A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices.
