We are seeking motivated and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our HR department. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional communication skills and a passion for teamwork and talent development.
As an Talent Acquisition Specialist at HeadField Solutions you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent. You will collaborate closely with our HR team and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.
Assist with job postings and maintaining job descriptions.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office; experience with ATS is a plus.
