We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Holiday Consultant to join our team at 18 Steps Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage corporate holiday events, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in corporate holiday programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with corporate holiday events to ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in operations or consulting.
Strong understanding of corporate culture, employee engagement, and event management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
