Key Responsibilities: - Regularly analyze current business trends and real-time scenarios to provide insights for decision-making and identify growth opportunities. - Review and analyze incoming reports to ensure actionable and relevant information for key business decisions. - Maintain accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance in documentation, especially in relation to real estate law. - Provide administrative and analytical support to senior leadership. - Be adaptable and contribute to the seamless integration of new business ventures. - Compile and present analysis findings, reports, and recommendations to the management team. - Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations in all business operations. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Business Management. - Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a real estate setting. - Strong understanding of real estate law and legal documentation. - Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable interacting with senior management and high-level executives.
