Internship – Corporate Communications & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Write or draft content for company’s internal and external communications/promotional materials. The content should be consistent (with the company’s overall messaging), targeted and impactful.
• Submit well-written and structured drafts pertaining to AISATS’ core business verticals within set deadlines for various internal and external comms.
• Update existing content for the AISATS website and implement SEO practices to increase the website’s visibility.
• Assist with press releases, editorials, crisis communication documents and other PR-related materials for media outreach and coordination
• Assistance in content creation for comms documents such as Newsletter, MySpace etc.
• Assistance in monitoring comments on our LinkedIn platform
• Assistance in capturing metrics for LinkedIn and MySpace, including creating relevant dashboards
• Assistance in creating a content calendar for social media
• Assistance in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, standees, banners etc.
• Assistance with researching relevant industry-specific information from national and international publications
• Light administrative duties and other tasks associated with the Business Development department.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing PGDM/MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication or relevant field (Preference to candidates in their final year or who have completed their MBA)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing samples are a plus)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Hardworking with a growth mindset
