Corporate Action and Reconciliation Analyst

As an expert/senior Corporate Actions analyst, your role involves overseeing the entire value chain of the Corporate Actions activity from the external Middle Office provider. You will contribute to the daily Proxy Voting BAU run, act as a key contact person for Investment Professionals, External Providers & Internal Operations stakeholders, and lead/participate in major operational projects related to internal workflows enhancements. Additionally, you will manage the relationship with the external Middle Office, ensure the blocking of positions related to the Corporate Actions activity, and oversee the accuracy of stock positions on a daily basis. Your responsibilities also include identifying and escalating incidents caused by third parties, participating in enhancing new target models, managing conflicts and issues with stakeholders, and ensuring cross-training with team members in other locations.
