Role Overview: As a member of the Ford Motor Credit Company team, you will play a crucial role in putting people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles by providing financing, personalized service, and professional expertise to dealerships and customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing a prioritized product roadmap, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, creating detailed features, collaborating cross-functionally, tracking platform performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and prioritizing security. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals - Lead the team to prioritize features based on customer and business needs and develop subscription Subject Matter Expertise - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through a well-managed governance process - Collaborate with business partners to translate business goals and customer needs into platform capabilities/features - Create detailed features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and incorporate them into release planning - Use data to identify opportunities, forecast feature value, set goals, KPIs, and lead the prioritization process - Work closely with engineering, operations, legal, treasury, and supplier teams to ensure seamless product launch and ongoing support - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform uptime and health - Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the value of the platform - Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations, ensure platform compliance, and assess and mitigate risks - Prioritize security and ensure the platform meets the highest security standards to protect sensitive customer data Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of related experience in a Product Management or technology role - Experience in agile methodologies and writing detailed product requirement documents - Experience using data to drive decisions, understand the customer journey, and define actions to improve customer pain points - Experience working with analytical tools and data to understand product performance and opportunities - Demonstrated experience with SAAS software development - Experience working with agile methodologies, test-driven development, continuous deployment, and product management practices - Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, proactive attitude - Ability to gather customer insights through user research and testing, prioritize product features appropriately - Aptitude to recognize roadblocks, escalate issues, and seek help when needed - Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization - Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional software design and development team Note: The position is a salary grade 8.
