Job Description

Demonstrable experience in managing and evolving privileged access management service. Experience in working as 2nd and 3rd line support engineer interacting with customers and working across multiple resolver groups Strong experience of access governance, identity administration and provisioning Strong knowledge of implementing federated access management including the cloud The ability to carry out IAM security risk assessments and construct a remediation plan Analyse integration requirements for IAM products, designs - leading implementation the integration Clear, concise and articulate written and verbal communication, when presenting and explaining results and findings Extensive understanding and implementation of the IT Security environment, policies, guidelines and standards, including awareness of ISO 27001/2. Experience working in support environment using ServiceNow, ITIL and SIAM. Educated to honours degree level and/or a relevant and recognised IT Security accreditation. Broad understanding of corporate IT infrastructures and technologies. Demonstrable experience of successfully operating within a diverse, multinational and worldwide team. Relevant experience in the Financial Services sector. Ability to handle pressure and work to challenging deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and integrate well into teams Scope of services successfully transitioned and knowledge transfer complete. TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience with deployment/implementation/SME of IAM using BeyondTrust Password Vault Proven experience with Active Directory design, implementation and management. Experience with deployment/implementation of BeyondTrust Password Vault and ServiceNow. Experience in managing troubleshooting AD and BT environments Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, WsFed, Kerberos and LDAP Exposure to administration and support of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, two factor authentication and smart card technologies Good technical knowledge of application integration, identity and access management, certificate management and database security.
