Job Description

As a Lead of Core Solutions in a scheduled commercial bank, you will be responsible for various key aspects related to the applications listed, ensuring smooth operations and efficient implementation. Your role will involve: - Owning the contractual components related to the applications and being the end-to-end solution owner. - Coordinating with partners for implementation and support, managing the solution definition, design, and implementation process. - Handling product configurations, customizations, and integrations with surrounding applications. - Managing incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLA. - Overseeing the testing process till release, including defining test cases, SIT, and UAT. - Defining and managing architecture diagrams and DFDs for respective applications. - Ensuring license and key management, sizing, and performance optimization of applications. - Performing periodic VAPT of the solution as per regulatory requirements and supporting vendor assessment exercises. - Managing user access review and non-production instances of applications. - Overseeing documentation management and maintaining architecture diagrams for Core Banking Solution, CRM CASA, Retail Asset Collection, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, UPI, ATM Switch, Debit Card Management System, SMS Gateway, Cheque Truncation System, Treasury System, and Treasury Operation. Your qualifications should include a Graduation from a recognized university/MBA/Fintech, with 3-8 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banking transformation/migration projects.
