Content Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Hindi, English, and Marathi content writers.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
• Develop engaging content for websites, product descriptions, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce creative and visually engaging content.
• Conduct in-depth research to generate meaningful, audience-centric content.
• Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new, relevant topics.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, fonts, and branding across all content formats.
• Update and maintain website content regularly.
• Use client questionnaires, project insights, and online research to develop impactful content.
• Manage workflows, deadlines, and team productivity through task management tools.
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related fields).

• Languages:

  Strong command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (written & spoken). Marathi should be grammatically correct, not colloquial.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar content management role.
• Strong grammar skills and excellent creative writing abilities.
• Prior experience in digital content creation (websites, social media, blogs, editorials, publications, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike) is an advantage.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Ability to deliver within strict deadlines and ensure quick turnaround times.
