The Creative Coordinator acts as a vital link between the Design Head and the Production Team , ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and flawless delivery of creative outputs. This role requires excellent coordination, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail, along with fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Key Responsibilities: Understand daily design and content delivery requirements from the Design Head. Coordinate effectively with the Production Team, Live Tracking Team, Print & Electronic Media Teams, and Field Coordinators. Facilitate brainstorming and contribute to ideation for production-related tasks. Review and proofread content and design to ensure high-quality production deliverables. Liaise with the Design Head and Creative Director to secure design approvals. Monitor daily tasks virtually through official platforms to ensure deadlines are met. Track the end-to-end status of assigned tasks and ensure seamless workflow. Handle managerial responsibilities with a strong sense of accountability and flexibility to work beyond standard hours, if required. Job Requirements: Proven work experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor or in a similar coordination role. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Hindi, English, and Marathi content writers. Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms. Develop engaging content for websites, product descriptions, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce creative and visually engaging content. Conduct in-depth research to generate meaningful, audience-centric content. Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new, relevant topics. Ensure consistency in tone, style, fonts, and branding across all content formats. Update and maintain website content regularly. Prior experience in digital content creation (websites, social media, blogs, editorials, publications, etc.). Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
