About the Role:

A copywriter in an advertising agency is the creative voice behind the brand — crafting catchy headlines, powerful scripts, and engaging content that captures attention and drives action. They blend storytelling, strategy, and psychology to turn ideas into impactful communication. Simply put, you turn words into magic.

Job Profile:

 Develop creative ideas and concepts for various campaigns.

 Write clear, persuasive, and original copy across multiple platforms.

 Plan and execute digital strategies and marketing campaigns effectively.

 Manage and create content for social media assets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

 Present ideas to the Creative Head and collaborate with the team.

 Ensure high-quality conceptualization and execution of creative work.

 Proofread and edit content with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.

 Meet strict timelines while maintaining content quality.

 Think creatively and out of the box to produce compelling content.

Candidate Profile –

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Personable and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.

 Strong active listening, adaptability, time management, and work ethics.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
