Copywriter

As a Copywriter, your key responsibilities will include: - Creative Writing & Storytelling - Developing persuasive scripts for promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and digital ads. - Creating voice-over (VO) scripts and taglines to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Writing engaging articles, blogs, and press releases tailored to the real estate industry. - Marketing & Sales Collateral - Drafting content for brochures, leaflets, newsletters, and other brand materials. - Ensuring impactful, accurate, and brand-aligned property descriptions. - Supporting advertising teams with catchy ad copies for various platforms. - Digital Content - Writing SEO-friendly content for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. - Proofreading and editing content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity. - Collaborating with design, video, and social media teams for integrated campaigns. - Content Strategy & Consistency - Maintaining brand voice across digital and print touchpoints. - Brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and events. - Researching market trends and competitor messaging for innovative content strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-4 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in real estate or advertising. - Proven portfolio showcasing ad copies, scripts, articles, and marketing content. - Excellent command of English; knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi is an added advantage. - Strong proofreading and editing skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative thinker with an understanding of marketing psychology and consumer behavior.
