Copywriter

The Creative Deliveries department in Bhubaneswar is looking for a talented individual to join as a Copywriter. As a Copywriter, your role will involve crafting engaging and original copy that resonates with the brand strategy across various platforms like digital, print, and media campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to write compelling content for social media posts, ad campaigns, emailers, and website content. Additionally, you will conceptualize content for brand identity projects including taglines, brand stories, and tone-of-voice guides. Collaboration with designers and strategists is essential to create impactful communication assets. In this role, you will also be involved in drafting captions, scripts, and creative copy for client presentations and product launches. Working closely with the personal branding team, you will contribute to influencer content calendars. Attention to detail and creativity are key aspects of this role as you proofread, edit, and enhance copy based on brand voice and SEO best practices. Moreover, you will participate in workshops, internal pitch decks, and contribute to the development of IP-based content products. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or equivalent field. Strong written English skills and the ability to adapt tone and style as per requirements are essential. Prior experience in agency or freelance writing would be advantageous. Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are crucial attributes for this role. Familiarity with social trends, brand positioning, and content strategy is highly desirable. A portfolio of writing samples is a mandatory requirement for this position. Additionally, knowledge or experience in SEO basics, proficiency in tools like Canva, Notion, or content scheduling tools, and experience in personal branding or writing for influencers would be considered as bonus skills.
