About the Role:

We are building a creative marketing team and seeking a Copywriter Lead to drive brand storytelling across campaigns. This role combines hands-on writing with team leadership, ensuring all copy is compelling, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of writers.
  • Create engaging copy for digital, social, print, and experiential campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing leaders to deliver cohesive narratives.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure content is strategic, impactful, and delivered on time.


Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of copywriting experience, incl. 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong portfolio across digital and 360° campaigns.
  • Experience in FMCG, real estate, or luxury brands preferred.
  • Excellent storytelling, editing, and team leadership skills.
