About the Role Were looking for a copywriter who can turn complicated insurance clauses into crisp, clean, Thumb-stopper, heart-warming copy. Someone who can write like a human, not like a policy document, and definitely not like a machine. You’ll be part of an agile, brand-first marketing team that's reimagining how healthcare conversations happen in India. From high-impact campaigns to snappy push notifications, from sharp product landing pages to clever explainer videos; if it has words, it’ll have your fingerprints on it. What You’ll Do Craft consumer-first communication for our health insurance, life insurance and OPD insurance products Develop brand narratives, campaign ideas, and digital-first content for websites, app, performance ads, and social Simplify complex insurance benefits into clean, punchy, relatable language Collaborate with cross functional teams and take accountability of each task. Champion Apollo’s tone of voice across insurance assets. Turn T&Cs into surprisingly readable human copy Spot opportunities for content-led ideas and brand moments within the insurance space What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of copywriting experience (bonus if it’s in fintech/insurtech/healthcare, bigger bonus if you made it sound cool) A portfolio of clean, smart, human-first copy. Show us work you’re proud of Someone who can switch between campaign ideas and transactional copy without breaking a sweat Sharp sense of humor and wordplay (we believe great copy should occasionally make you grin) Ability to make boring things interesting (if you can write a fun push notification about waiting periods — you're hired
