Job Overview:
The Content & Digital Communication Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and curating high-quality content across multiple digital and learning platforms. This role involves writing and reviewing articles, managing digital assets, and supporting the learning and marketing teams with engaging and accurate content. The ideal candidate should be creative, fluent in English, and possess a good understanding of finance and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Content Creation & Management
- Write informative and engaging articles, blogs, and internal communication pieces.
- Review and edit blogs or articles for accuracy, tone, grammar, and brand alignment.
- Conduct interviews with employees and NJ Partners for stories, testimonials, or learning content.
- Audit and maintain content across various internal portals to ensure consistency and relevance.
2) Digital Media & Learning Management
- Manage the
Digital Gallery
by uploading, updating, and removing videos as required. - Oversee and update content on the
E-Blackboard (Digital Learning LMS)
platform. - Coordinate with the design team for timely publishing and version control.
3) Presentation & Support for Sales Communication
- Create visually appealing and data-driven
presentations
for the sales and distribution teams. - Ensure that all materials align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
4) Quality Control & Audit
- Conduct periodic
content audits
on internal communication channels, LMS, and video repositories. - Track engagement metrics and provide improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent command over
English (written and verbal)
fluency is essential. - Strong understanding of
finance, mutual funds, and investment concepts.
- Experience in
content writing and digital communication.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Canva).
- Proficiency in presentation design.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in
Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in
content writing, financial communication, or e-learning.
- Experience in the
financial services or mutual fund industry
will be an added advantage.
