Role Summary:

Copywriter (Deputy Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fresh, creative concepts and copy across digital and print platforms including:
• Emailers
• Print ads
• Brand communication pieces
• Internal communications
• Leadership messaging
• Contribute to brand identity development through impactful naming, messaging, and storytelling.
• Write, proofread, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and tone.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Work on content creation for both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership messaging.
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new campaign ideas and taglines.
• Manage the content review and feedback process with agility and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• 6 –7 years of hands-on experience in creative copywriting within a

  creative or advertising agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing original work across digital, print, and campaign materials.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, develop unique concepts, and express complex ideas with simplicity and impact.
• Experience in crafting leadership-level communication is a strong advantage.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong understanding of brand tone, identity, and audience engagement strategies.
• Open to feedback and peer/ senior review
• Self-driven and proactive team player
