Job Description

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects.

Roles and responsibilities:

Editing and Proofreading
: Ensure content matches brand tonality and accurately represents the brands online presence.
Collaboration with Design Team:
Partner with designers to convert written content into engaging visual elements, providing suggestions for fonts, colors, infographics, and other design components.
Coordination with CRM Team
: Plan, strategize, and execute content marketing initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team, ensuring timely and efficient campaign delivery.
Brand Consistency
: Drive brand consistency across all platforms by maintaining high editorial standards and proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
Industry Trends and Technologies
: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to ensure content strategies are innovative and effective.

Technical and Functional Skills:

Minimum of 4 years in technical copywriting for Omni-channel campaigns and brand collateral, including NPI, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.

Strong editorial, proofreading and writing skills.
Familiarity with keyword research and SEO copywriting best practices.
Proficient in social media and content marketing, capable of crafting compelling narratives that captivate audiences, generate conversions, and add value to the business.
Demonstrated experience working with global brands, understanding their unique content needs and adapting strategies to fit diverse, international audiences.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
