Core services include editorial, indexing, composition, artwork, XML workflow, and eBook conversion, catering to publishers and content creators. With ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications and a skilled team of over 250 professionals, QSI serves 80+ global clients and is well-regarded for its innovative solutions and collaborative approach.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Copyeditor role located in Ambattur. The Copyeditor will ensure high-quality content by performing meticulous editing, proofreading, and grammar correction. Responsibilities include reviewing manuscripts for consistency, clarity, and accuracy, working closely with editorial teams, and ensuring that all content adheres to style guides, client specifications, and industry standards. The Copyeditor will also provide feedback to writers and contribute to improving content quality and presentation across projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Grammar, Text Editing, and Proofreading to maintain accuracy and quality in content.
Proven expertise in Editorial work, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
Proficiency in Writing, with the ability to guide and provide feedback to enhance content quality.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects effectively.
Experience in the publishing industry is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with XML workflows, style guides, and publishing software tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
