Let’s talk about the role We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented writer to join our Corporate Communications team. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content for both internal and external audiences — everything from press releases, talking points, presentations, and marketing materials to executive talking points, internal announcements, and intranet copy. You’ll bring a journalistic lens to storytelling, an editor’s precision, and a marketer’s instinct for engagement. Your writing will reflect our brand’s tone and values while driving clarity and impact across multiple channels. Let’s talk about you You’re a natural writer and storyteller with a strong editorial voice, able to adapt your writing style to suit a wide range of audiences and platforms. You have a keen eye for detail, a sharp sense of structure, and a solid grasp of Associated Press (AP) and other writing styles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience, preferably in corporate communications, journalism, or marketing. Ability to adapt writing style and tone for various audiences and platforms, including web copy, intranet articles, PowerPoint presentations, press releases, media materials, social media, and executive commentary. Strong storytelling and interviewing skills with a journalist’s mindset. Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills with knowledge of AP style. Comfort and experience writing on behalf of executive leaders, including speeches, talking points, and strategic internal updates. Experience translating complex ideas into accessible language. Comfort working in a matrixed organization and partnering with cross-functional teams. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to receive and apply feedback. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
