As a Copy Lead at Think Tree Media House, you’ll be the creative heart and soul of our team. Your words will bring brands to life, captivate audiences, and drive results. We’re looking for a passionate storyteller who can craft compelling narratives across various digital platforms.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Duties:

Strategic Copywriting: Develop creative copy strategies that align with client objectives and brand messaging. – only pitches
Content Mastermind: Create high-quality copy for a wide range of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, video scripts, and online ads. – overlooking
Team Leader: Mentor and guide junior copywriters while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Creative Collaborator: Work closely with designers, account managers, and other team members to create integrated campaigns.
Industry Savvy: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, ensuring our work stays ahead of the curve.
Project Management Pro: Oversee projects from start to finish, maintaining deadlines and exceptional quality standards.

Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency setting.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling and persuasive copy across diverse media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
A knack for managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
A passion for telling captivating stories that resonate with audiences.

Experience leading and mentoring a team of copywriters.
Experience in content marketing or social media copywriting.
A strong understanding of branding and brand voice development.
The ability to communicate clearly to clients and represent the company as a lead.
