About the Role:

We are looking for a Copy Creative Director to lead the copy and content direction for our campaigns across digital, print, and integrated platforms. This role demands a conceptual thinker, strong storyteller, and leader who can craft compelling narratives that align with brand strategy and deliver measurable creative impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the copy team in developing high-impact creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver integrated communication solutions.
• Supervise and guide junior and senior copywriters to maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging.
• Review and refine all creative copy to ensure it meets brand and campaign objectives.
• Present ideas and creative strategies to clients and internal teams with clarity and conviction.
• Stay updated with cultural trends, industry insights, and emerging digital storytelling formats.
• Maintain a high standard of creative excellence while meeting deadlines and business goals.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in advertising or a creative agency, with at least 3–5 years in a senior copy or creative lead role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and diverse campaign experience.
• Expertise in both long-form and short-form copy across digital, print, film, and social platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and mentoring creative talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience working with national or global brands.
• Understanding of performance marketing and content for e-commerce or digital-first brands (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per month
