Coorinator - Process

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POST

JD For The Post of Process Coordinator (Stock & Billing/ Machinery Report /sites projects updates and follow up)

Ø Have to collect Daily Performance / working record of machineries from all sites and update on daily basis in MS Excel or on Google Drive for monthly billing purpose.

Ø Have to Prepare Purchase order for materials / spares parts etc..,

Ø Have to maintain Inventory record of Various site on daily basis by coordinating with the sites store Incharge ie., incoming and outgoing stock entry and have to provide monthly reconciliation to the management with accuracy and documentary proof.

Ø Have to ensure Physical stock checked every month by the respective store /Site Incharges with the documentary proof of the same

Ø Have to counter check the PO Issued with the Vendor Bill receipt, if any discrepancies need to get Clearfield / resolved ASAP Basis.

Ø Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ø Good Knowledge of Computer MS Word, MS Excel, Google Drive etc..,

Ø Excellent Typing Speed

Ø Salary Payable : 20K To 25K (based on experience)

Ø Experience Required : 8+years
