Coordinator Secondary

As the Academic Coordinator at our school, your role would involve providing strong academic leadership for the department, ensuring that the curriculum is in line with CBSE guidelines and incorporating the latest educational changes. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating departmental staff to create a positive working environment that enhances student education. Your duties will also include overseeing curriculum development and implementation, monitoring student performance, and ensuring timely and effective assessment of students" work. Collaborating with pastoral staff, you will support students" academic and emotional development to help them succeed. Additionally, you will maintain discipline among students and staff, organize co-curricular activities, and ensure open communication with senior management, parents, and other stakeholders. It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance and student progress reports. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Graduation and a B.Ed. certification are mandatory. - Experience: Significant experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is required. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and management skills are essential. - CBSE Knowledge: Familiarity with the CBSE syllabus, affiliation process, and board requirements is expected.
