Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Use play-based and experiential learning methods to promote development.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children’s progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Implement classroom management strategies in line with the school’s policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori / ECCE.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting (freshers with strong passion may be considered).
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Basic computer literacy for classroom and communication purposes.
