Job Description Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance) Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Digital Marketing, International Coordination & Digital Branding Role Overview: The India Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating and managing all communications and operations related to medical value travel & Healthcare consulting inquiries in India. The role requires a natural communicator with the ability to conceptualize and execute digital media campaigns (Digital Presence) and ensure seamless coordination between Hospitals & Patients and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with both Indian and international patients & hospitals Channel inquiries and ensure they are followed through to fruition. Enquiry Management: Coordinate between Indian and international enquiries, ensuring successful outcomes. Respond promptly to client queries and ensure their journey is well-managed. Digital Media Campaigns & Digital Presence: Conceptualize, create, and manage digital media campaigns focused on medical value travel & Healthcare. Measure and ensure campaign effectiveness, resulting in tangible results (leads, engagement, conversions). Coordination & Communication: Manage partnerships, tie-ups, and associations with Indian and international healthcare providers and travel facilitators. Provide regular updates and follow-ups on ongoing projects and initiatives. Competence Desired: Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing inquiries and campaigns. Digital Savvy: Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for running and analyzing campaigns. Result-Oriented: A mindset focused on achieving results and bringing projects to completion. Coordination: Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth, efficient communication.
