Analysis of requirements and solution architecture documentation.
Develop and maintain applications using CA:Gen.Demonstrate best practices for development standards and practices.Ability to bring experience and ideas to enhance existing development capability.Skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.ExperienceMinimum 15 years experience in development frameworks.Minimum 5 years experience with GuardIEn, Unix, Oracle, XML, CBD.Experience with integration patterns, asynchronous messaging, orchestration and legacy systemsintegration.Expertise in defining and documenting, software / integration requirements, high- and low-level designs,unit testing and performance tuning.Possesses strong communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, writing, and presenting.Excellent in coordination and liaison with other teams to form joint effort.Good analytical and problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully complete concurrent workassignments, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.Appropriate tertiary qualifications or relevant, equivalent industry experience, good knowledge of SDLCprocesses and experience in Software Development and Parallel Development.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile and Cloud based development are a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.Motivated to work independently or as part of a project team.
