To support and contribute to the growth of Coatings business through technical service request (lab work, demonstration material, sales tools and related activities etc.) based on customer and market requirements

Main Responsibilities and Key Activities

1. To provide technical support to Customers

To provide technical support to Sales team

5. To coordinate with the Global Technical and Technical Marketing team for project updates and documentation

6. Ensure adherence to Lab Safety compliance

7. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical discipline is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications in laboratory management or technical support can be advantageous.

At least 7 years of experience in a laboratory setting or technical support with experience in color pigments. Understanding of the market s needs with regard to products and innovation in which the business is active. English in written and spoken.
