cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in preparing

authentic regional dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food

quality, hygiene, and presentation. You will be responsible for creating flavorful dishes that

delight our guests while ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic dishes from South Indian / North Indian

cuisine, ensuring taste, quality, and portion control.

• Maintain consistency in flavors, presentation, and service of all meals.
• Plan daily menus and contribute to the development of new recipes.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring timely meal preparation and service.
• Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices are followed in the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain proper inventory records, and assist in procurement of raw

materials.

• Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs effectively.
• Train, supervise, and guide kitchen assistants or helpers as required.
• Work closely with the management team to meet guest satisfaction and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Chef specializing in

  South Indian / North Indian cuisine

• Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking styles, and authentic regional flavors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with staff and management.
• Creativity and passion for experimenting with recipes while maintaining authenticity.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
