The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, following recipes, and ensuring proper food presentation. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, managing inventory, and monitoring food supplies to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety guidelines. Collaboration with the kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations is essential. Qualifications Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment Ability to manage inventory, monitor ingredients for freshness, and track kitchen supplies Time management and organizational skills for prioritizing multiple tasks effectively Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating in a fast-paced kitchen environment Experience in Indian cuisine and understanding culinary traditions is a plus Certification or formal training in culinary arts is preferred but not mandatory
