Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and desserts, according to traditional recipes and techniques.
• Develop and innovate new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of North Indian cuisine.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and control food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing portion sizes.
• Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in North Indian cuisine, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of North Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking techniques.

• Multilingual skills, especially proficiency in Hindi or Punjabi.
