As a Cook at AVN AROGYA HEALTH CARE LIMITED, your primary role is to prepare a variety of meals for patients and staff, ensuring dietary requirements are met. This full-time on-site position is located in Madurai. Your responsibilities include: - Planning menus and preparing meals according to dietary needs - Ordering and storing ingredients - Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen - Adhering strictly to food safety regulations - Collaborating with nutritionists and healthcare professionals to offer nutritious and appetizing meals To succeed in this role, you should possess: - Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management - Understanding of dietary requirements and the ability to cater meals accordingly - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field would be advantageous.
