Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook specializing in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing authentic dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes as per the menu and customer preferences. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food. Manage portion control, minimize wastage, and ensure timely preparation. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with the management for procurement. Assist in creating and updating menus with new and innovative dishes. Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, especially tandoor ovens. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
