Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a COO/Business Head at EcomaxGo, located in New Delhi. The COO/Business Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, business planning, and implementing the company’s strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing employees, coordinating between various departments, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring financial health through budgeting and finance management. This role also requires strong analytical skills to support decision-making and business growth.

10+ years of exp in leadership and sales

Qualifications

Sales Background

Revenue generation from Advertising sales and UPI app revenues. Managing 2 diff domains

• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Finance and Budgeting expertise
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Prior experience in Fintech or related industry is a plus

Salary Rs 9 Lacs + Rs 10 Lacs Bonus ; Hike at the time of Fund raise
