Role Overview

We are seeking a CRO Specialist to take ownership of our website, mobile app, and digital funnel optimization. You'll design and refine user journeys, run large-scale data-driven experiments, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with designers, web developers, and marketers to turn insights into measurable conversion lifts.

With a universe of 1 million unique monthly visitors, you'll be responsible for increasing the percentage of website and app users who take desired actions - such as sign-ups, purchases, and other key conversions - by running statistically significant experiments and implementing improvements across the entire user journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze website and landing page performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on page elements such as headlines, CTAs, form fields, and layouts to improve conversion rates.
  • Use web analytics tools to monitor user behaviors and interpret data patterns.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, content, and performance marketing teams to optimize the entire digital user experience for conversion.
  • Develop and execute targeted conversion optimization strategies across website, mobile, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation forms, checkout processes, and other critical conversion points.
  • Generate regular reports on key KPIs, experiment results, and actionable insights for ongoing optimization.

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of experience and a proven track record in CRO, A/B testing, analytics, and digital marketing in B2C or e-commerce companies.
  • Proficiency with analytical and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and the customer journey in B2C context.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally.
  • Advanced certifications in CRO or related tools are a plus.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
