Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for conducting data-driven analyses to improve conversion rates, working with web analytics tools, implementing and testing optimization strategies, and collaborating with various teams to enhance user experiences. Daily tasks will include analyzing website traffic and performance, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth.

  1. Website Behavior Analysis

  • Use tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity to understand visitor behavior.
  • Identify drop-off points and friction in the conversion funnel.
  1. Landing Page Optimization

  • A/B and multivariate testing using tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
  • Work with designers and developers to create high-converting pages.
  1. Conversion Funnel Management

  • Create, track, and optimize user journeys (homepage ? product ? cart ? checkout).
  • Ensure frictionless UI/UX across devices and channels.
  1. Data-Driven Experiments

  • Design hypotheses for experiments to improve metrics like bounce rate, CTR, average order value, and purchase frequency.
  • Analyze test results statistically and share findings.
  1. CRO Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build and prioritize a CRO testing roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, marketing, and engineering teams.
  1. Form & Checkout Optimization

  • Shorten and streamline forms.
  • Optimize checkout flows to reduce cart abandonment.
  1. Speed & Performance Insights

  • Work with dev teams to improve page speed and Core Web Vitals.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of ecommerce experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Conversion
  • Proven experience in Conversion Optimization and Web Analytics tools
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in e-commerce or online marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
