Job Description

You will be working at Aromatan, a house of fragrance brands that aims to deliver unique olfactory experiences to individuals globally. As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to enhance conversion rates through data-driven analyses. Collaborating with different teams, you will utilize web analytics tools to identify conversion bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to improve user experiences. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing website traffic and performance, pinpointing drop-off points in the conversion funnel, and generating insights to drive business growth. You will conduct website behavior analysis using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity to understand visitor behavior. By working closely with designers and developers, you will conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize landing pages for higher conversions. Managing the conversion funnel will be a key aspect of your role, where you will create, track, and optimize user journeys across various touchpoints. You will design data-driven experiments to enhance key metrics such as bounce rate, CTR, average order value, and purchase frequency. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a CRO strategy roadmap and prioritize testing initiatives. Furthermore, you will focus on form and checkout optimization to streamline processes and reduce cart abandonment rates. Working with development teams, you will also ensure speed and performance insights are integrated to enhance user experience. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of ecommerce experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in web analytics tools. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential. Previous experience in e-commerce or online marketing and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field would be advantageous.,
