Conversational AI Delivery lead

Role Overview: As a Conversational AI Delivery Lead at Google Dialog Flow, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based Conversational AI solutions. Your role will involve client management while also contributing individually. You should have over 10 years of experience in Chatbot development, Voice technologies, and Conversational AI Platforms such as Dialog flow and Vertex.AI or Lex. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop intent and utterances-based logics and interaction flows on Conversational AI. - Create NLP-based intent classification, routing, and treatment of customer interactions. - Utilize platforms like Lex, Dialogflow, Watson, or similar for development and integration of Conversational AI solutions. - Architect solutions with a deep understanding of application architecture, enterprise design, SOA, and cloud native applications. - Design UI elements, APIs, and database interfaces while ensuring best coding and integration practices are followed. - Own the technical solution, create high- and low-level design documents, and assess risks in projects. - Analyze information related to client systems and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. - Develop tasks using core workflow principles and provide post-implementation support for all changes. - Communicate timelines for fixing UAT observations. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Chatbot development, Voice technologies, and Conversational AI Platforms. - Proficiency in Natural Language Processing, Python, and Node.JS. - Experience in Conversational AI, NLP/NLU modeling, and Omni-channel communication platforms. - Strong understanding of application architecture, enterprise application design, and cloud native applications. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues. - Demonstrated expertise in developing intent-based logics, NLP classification, and routing of customer interactions. - Experience with platforms like Lex, Dialogflow, and Watson. - Ability to create high- and low-level design documents and assess project risks effectively.
