Conversation design for an AI Chatbot

As an XR-based solutions company, i-bot from Augray is on a mission to provide a unique customer experience by offering an Artificial Intelligence buddy to accompany individuals on their wellness journey. Your role as a Conversation Designer at i-bot involves designing effective and delightful conversational experiences using user-centric design methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and enhance chatbot copy and conversational patterns. Additionally, you will research and analyze intents and customer journeys to create bot design documents, including personas and conversation flow diagrams. Key Responsibilities: - Design innovative conversational experiences focusing on user-centric design - Review and enhance chatbot copy and conversational patterns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intents - Research and analyze intents and customer journeys to determine appropriate bot usage - Create bot design documents, including personas and conversation flow diagrams - Define the intent portfolio for natural language understanding and conversation designs Qualifications Required: - Master's Degree in Psychology, linguistics, journalism, human-computer interaction, or equivalent - Background in Counseling Psychology is advantageous - Strong analytical skills - Deadline and goal-oriented mindset - Ability to work effectively in a team - Portfolio showcasing relevant work such as writing samples, interface content, and style guides If you have 0 - 2+ years of experience in conversation design, service design, interaction design, or UX design, along with proficiency in creating workflows, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes, you are encouraged to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, and having a basic understanding of training NLU/NLP models would be beneficial.
