In this role, you will be based out of Pune. **Purpose of the Role:** You will design, develop, implement, and maintain various statistical, mathematical, and machine learning models to support decision-making by analyzing and solving complex problems. **Accountabilities:** - Collecting data from various sources, including internal databases, external datasets, and real-time feeds. - Performing data cleaning and pre-processing tasks to ensure data quality. - Designing and implementing data management strategies for model maintenance. - Developing statistical and machine learning models for applications such as credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation. - Monitoring model performance in real-time and identifying potential issues or biases. **Analyst Expectations:** - Perform activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement. - Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development. - Partner with other functions and business areas. - Take responsibility for managing risk and strengthening controls. - Demonstrate understanding of how own sub-function integrates with function.
