Controller / Accountant

As a full-time on-site CA/Finance Controller/Accountant at a pioneer manufacturing house in Palwal - Ballabhgarh, your role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting operations, overseeing financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinating audits, and developing budgets and forecasts. Your insights into financial performance will be crucial in supporting strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and review financial statements - Manage accounting operations - Oversee financial reporting and analyze financial data - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Coordinate audits and develop budgets and forecasts - Provide insights into financial performance to support strategic decision-making Qualifications required for this role: - Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting - Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting - Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail - Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a CA certification is highly preferred - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite,
