In the role of a full-time on-site CA/Finance Controller/Accountant based in Palwal-Ballabhgarh, your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting operations, overseeing financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinate audits, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting, proficiency in preparing financial statements and financial reporting, excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills, are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with a CA certification being highly preferred. Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office suite will be beneficial for this position.,
