Job Description

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

Observing and logging the process parameters.
Ensure full material in day bunkers.
Maximising Online sinter charging.
Maximising Coke online charging.
Responsible for smooth running of Coal mill
Responsible for maintaining coal injection tank operation
Ensuring safety of PCI personnel
Responsible for adequate coal injection to BF
Responsible for maintaining input parameters Compressed air & Nitrogen pressure
Responsible for checking healthiness of PCI equipment in control room scalar

Critical Tasks

KRA’s and Key Activities

Key parameter observation and logging.
Information to be given to shift in charge for any deviation in process parameters
Visit to stock house to ensure cleanness of screen
Achieving fineness of Fine Coal after grinding
Coordination with maintenance personnel and service and ensuring smooth operation of PCI
Ensuring safe operation of coal blending & coal shifting vehicles
Responsible for Housekeeping in PCI
