Validate KPI achievements with actual performance data and ensure source data integrity. Monitor and report on KPIs on a regular basis, ensuring correct and timely entries. Work with respective departments to improve KPI metrics and performance tracking. 5. HR Data Analytics & Dashboard Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards to track metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring efficiency, etc. Provide insights and analytics for strategic HR decision-making. Deliver periodic reports and summaries to CHRO with recommendations. 6. Excel Proficiency Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Macros). Use Excel for budget tracking, hiring analytics, KPI dashboards, and report generation. Automate repetitive tasks using Excel-based solutions. 7. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Submit timely and accurate reports to the CHRO and other key stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and transparency in HR practices. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Proficiency in HR analytics and Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, automation) Excellent communication and stakeholder management High attention to detail and analytical mindset Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools (preferred)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Vice President Sponge Iron Project , responsible for the end-to-end execution and commissioning of a 600 TPD Sponge Iron Unit within an integrated steel plant. The ideal candidate must possess strong techno-commercial acumen, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale sponge iron/DRI projects from concept to commissioning. 2. Key Responsibilities: A. Project Planning & Execution Lead the complete execution of the 600 TPD Sponge Iron Project including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility works. Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, resource planning, and budgeting in alignment with company objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. B. Techno-Commercial Leadership Evaluate technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and vendor documents; ensure adherence to engineering standards. Finalize technical discussions, evaluate vendors and contractors, and negotiate techno-commercial terms for procurement and contracting. Supervise CAPEX control, cost monitoring, and budget utilization throughout the project cycle. C. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Director – Projects, CEO, and Top Management to obtain approvals on critical matters including vendor finalization, milestone targets, financial sanctions, and procurement strategies. Maintain continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, government authorities, and plant teams. Commissioning & Operational Readiness Plan and execute plant commissioning activities including trial runs, testing, inspection, and system handover. Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness for smooth production startup post-commissioning. 3. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical / Chemical). Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PGDM) will be an added advantage. Experience Required: Minimum 20–25 years of total experience in the steel industry. At least 8–10 years of direct experience in handling Sponge Iron Projects (500+ TPD) including execution, commissioning, and techno-commercial management. Must have led at least one full-cycle project execution of a Sponge Iron/DRI plant independently or in a senior leadership role. 4. Key Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of DRI technology, rotary kilns, raw material handling systems, waste heat recovery systems (WHRS), pollution control systems, etc. Sound understanding of contracts, procurement, and techno-commercial evaluation.
