--- Job Title: Shift In-Charge – DRI 350/600 Plant Location: Gorakhpur Industry: Steel / Sponge Iron Manufacturing Department: Production / Operations --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage DRI plant operations (350/600 TPD) during assigned shifts. 2. Monitor kiln parameters, raw material feeding, and product output in real-time. 3. Coordinate with the Control Room and ensure smooth process flow. 4. Implement daily production schedules and achieve shift targets. 5. Identify and respond to process deviations or operational breakdowns. 6. Maintain proper shift logs, production data, and incident reports. 7. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. 8. Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, and instrumentation teams as required. 9. Lead shift manpower including operators and helpers for smooth execution. 10. Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean working environment. --- Candidate Requirements: Qualification: ITI/Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or relevant field. Experience: 3–5 years in DRI plant operations (350/600 TPD preferred).
