Description

We are seeking an experienced Control-M professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in job scheduling and workflow management, with a proven track record of optimizing performance and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage job scheduling and workflows using Control-M.
Troubleshoot and resolve any job failures or performance issues.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize job performance.
Implement and maintain Control-M best practices and standards.
Document workflows and processes for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
Provide support for Control-M installations, upgrades, and patches.

Skills and Qualifications

4-14 years of experience in Control-M or similar job scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of job scheduling concepts and best practices.
Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
