Description We are seeking an experienced Control-M professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in job scheduling and workload automation, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring job reliability. Responsibilities Monitor and manage job schedules using Control-M software. Troubleshoot job failures and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with development and operations teams to optimize job performance. Maintain documentation of job schedules and changes made to the system. Conduct regular audits of job schedules and system performance. Provide training and support to junior team members on Control-M functionalities. Skills and Qualifications 6-16 years of experience in job scheduling and workload automation. Proficiency in Control-M and its various modules. Strong understanding of operating systems such as Unix/Linux and Windows. Experience with scripting languages like Shell, Perl, or Python. Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
